These terms apply to online orders placed from outside Türkiye through the ISITMAX international checkout.

Prices
Prices are shown in EUR or USD. They are converted from the ISITMAX Turkish lira list price at the exchange rate stated on this site; the price shown at checkout is binding for your order. Prices do not include shipping, which is added at checkout, or import duties and taxes in the destination country.
Order and contract
You place your order by clicking “Place order” at checkout after accepting these terms. You receive an order confirmation by email. If a product cannot be delivered, we inform you and refund any payment received in full.
Payment
- Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard and other international cards, processed securely with 3-D Secure by iyzico.
- Bank transfer (SWIFT) in EUR or USD — our bank details are shown after you place the order and in the confirmation email. Please select “OUR” for bank charges so that the full amount arrives.
Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once the payment has been received.
Delivery
Express courier (DHL or UPS), usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, delivered DAP: import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer. Products shipped on a pallet are not sold online; we quote the freight separately. Rates and details: Shipping & Returns.
Returns
Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except for defective or wrongly supplied products, where we pay it. Details: Shipping & Returns.
Warranty
The warranty period of each product is stated on its product page. The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacture and starts with the invoice date; damage caused by incorrect installation or by use outside the specifications is not covered.
