Online orders are shipped from Istanbul by express courier. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery country and the parcel size of your order.
Shipping rates
One shipping charge applies per order. It depends on the delivery region and on the largest parcel class in your cart.

Deliveries within Türkiye are free of charge.
Parcel classes
- Small parcel — up to 5 kg
- Medium parcel — up to 15 kg
- Large parcel — up to 30 kg
- Pallet — not available for online checkout; we quote the freight
Each product page shows the shipping rate to Europe for the option you select. Large options, such as long cable lengths or large mats, may move to a higher parcel class.
Carrier and delivery time
We ship by express courier (DHL or UPS). Transit time is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched as soon as the payment has arrived. You receive the tracking number by email.
Customs, duties and taxes (DAP)
Goods are delivered DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms® 2020) to the address you enter at checkout. Import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees in the destination country are not included in the price and are paid by the buyer.
Pallet products
Drum heating cabinets, drum heating ovens and other products shipped on a pallet cannot be ordered online. Request a freight quote with your delivery address and we will quote the freight to your address.
Returns within 14 days
- You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Please contact us before sending a return; we confirm the return address.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
- If a product is defective or we sent the wrong item, we pay the return shipping and replace or refund the product.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and checked.
Warranty
The warranty period of each product is stated on its product page under “Warranty and support”. The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacture and starts with the invoice date; damage caused by incorrect installation or by use outside the specifications is not covered. For a warranty claim, write to us with your order number and a description of the fault.
