Hydronic underfloor heating and pipe system supply: project and wholesale

Pipe, manifolds, insulation panels, valves and fittings for wet underfloor heating and water networks — quoted in coils and cartons against your project's material list. For installers, contractors and distributors.

What we supply

  • Underfloor heating pipe — PE-RT (3, 5 or 6 layer, Ø16 mm), PEX-A (DIN EN ISO 15875 / DIN 4726, Ø16–40 mm), PEX-B (Ø16–32 mm, max 95 °C, 10 bar); oxygen barrier or non-barrier, bare or sleeved; 240–600 m coils.
  • Manifolds — valved, flow-meter and thermostatic bodies, 2–14 ports; complete manifold sets; manifold cabinets 40/60/80 cm; adaptors, end caps, automatic air vents, brackets.
  • Insulation panels — castellated EPS panels, plain or foil-faced, 22–30 kg/m³ density grades.
  • Valves — ball valves with butterfly handle ½"–1¼", angle valves, mini manifold valves.
  • Fixings — staples for hand and tacker installation, pipe clips 16–32 mm, rails, bend supports.
  • Thread sealant — three anaerobic grades, 15–250 ml.

How much material does a project need?

Short answer: pipe per m² follows the pipe spacing — about 10 m at 10 cm spacing, 6.7 m at 15 cm and 5 m at 20 cm. A Ø16 mm circuit is usually kept within 80–100 m, and the manifold needs one port per circuit.

Pipe spacingPipe per m²Pipe for 100 m²Area per circuit (100 m pipe)
10 cm≈ 10 m≈ 1,000 m≈ 10 m²
15 cm≈ 6.7 m≈ 670 m≈ 15 m²
20 cm≈ 5 m≈ 500 m≈ 20 m²

Add the flow and return runs to the manifold, choose coil lengths (240–600 m) so circuits need no joints, and allow about 5% waste on insulation panels. Exact quantities come from the layout drawing — send the floor plan and we prepare the list.

Water network and HDPE fittings

The same supply covers HDPE water and gas distribution lines: electrofusion couplers, elbows, tees, reducers, end caps, tapping saddles, repair saddles and service tees; injection-moulded and fabricated butt-fusion fittings (elbows 11°–90°, equal and reducing tees, crosses, Y-branches, stub ends); steel, PP-coated steel and blind flanges; PE-to-brass (MS 58) and PE-to-steel transition fittings.

How a quote works

Send the material list — item, diameter, quantity or length — plus the delivery country and the date the site needs it. If there is no list yet, a drawing or the heated area is enough to start. Several product groups go on one quote. Prices are per project: they depend on quantities, packing and freight, so no list prices are published.

Prefer to send the list by e-mail.

Electric alternative for small areas

For single rooms, bathrooms and renovations where the floor cannot be raised, a wet system is rarely worth it. See electric underfloor heating: mats, cable and film, manufactured by ISITMAX.

Frequently asked questions

Do you sell single items or only wholesale?
This supply is quoted per project, in coils and cartons. For one small room, electric underfloor heating is usually the simpler choice.
Which pipe should I choose: PE-RT, PEX-A or PEX-B?
All three are used for underfloor heating. With a boiler or heat pump circuit, oxygen-barrier pipe is the usual choice. PEX-A is available in the widest diameter range (Ø16–40 mm).
Why are there no prices on the page?
Wholesale prices depend on the product mix, quantities, packing and freight to your country, so every quote is written for the project.
Can several product groups go on one quote?
Yes. Send the whole list in one message; pipe, manifolds, panels and fittings are quoted together.
Do you supply HDPE electrofusion fittings as well?
Yes — couplers, elbows, tees, reducers, saddles and service tees, plus butt-fusion fittings, flanges and transition fittings for water and gas networks.
